Delivery Information

Delivery Schedule:

Orders are normally despatched within 7 working days, but at busy periods this time scale will be longer. (There is only one of us!!)

We aim to deliver your order within 28 days, 

We will normally send your order via Royal Mail thus delivery can be an additional 2/3 working days. 

International orders are generally sent using Royal Mail 'International Air Mail' 

Back Orders 

If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. 

Please bear in mind that we produce and stock over 1000 product lines, thus it is impossible to stock 100% of our listed range. 

If we expect an unreasonable delay in supplying your order we will notify you by email.

Credit card Security:

All credit cards are Securely  processed by Worldpay and the Card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128bit encryption.

All Phone and Postal orders are processed by Streamline on a secure digital terminal. Please be aware we always need if ordered via Phone or Post your Full name, Address, Postcode, and Full Credit card number,( the long number on the card)  the commencement and expiry dates, the SVC number (the last three digits of the signature strip) and a contact phone number and email address if available.
